-For website retail orders, we only accepts Paypal.
-For offline bulk orders, customers need to contact with us. We support a variety of payment methods with discount price.
-If you have not paid your order, you may log into your account and simply click the cancel button to cancel it directly.
-If paid, contact with us ASAP (usually in 24 hours). Once your order has been shipped , we cannot cancel/change for you.

Yes, discreet packaging with AU Plug.
Yes. It is discreet shipping. All of our packages are shipped with plastic foam to stuck the light and keep it safe; and without any labels “grow lights”, “grow tents” or brand name mentioned on the packages.
We provide FREE shipping from local Sydney, Australia warehouse. The shipment will be made within 24 business hours after you placed the order, and the tracking number will be updated along the way, usually you can get your package 4~7 business days.

If you want to return an unopened package, pls contact with us for the following steps.

If you have a product issue, contact with us, we’ll support you.
The old version and the new version are very different in internal structure, so it can’t just add a dimmer knob to realize the functions. Now only our TSW2000 & TSL2000 can have this function by replacing it with a new driver. The whole driver set would cost 100-150 USD. So we would not recommend customers to buy it.
